Touriga Franca da Malhadinha
RedThe second edition of Touriga Franca – Vinha do Ancora- douro 2021 appears similar to the previous one with an expressive nose, earthy notes, fresh fruit and embedded wood. In the mouth, the register remains complex, structu- red with soft and mature tannins. Ready to drink but with good aging potential.
Vinification
Raisins récoltés manuellement dans des caisses de 12 kg et soigneusement sélectionnés à la table de sélection. La fermentation s'est déroulée dans le moulin à température contrôlée avec plusieurs pressurages tout au long du processus. Elevage de 16 mois en fûts de chêne français. Vineyard
