Malhadinha Rose
RoseThe 2021 edition of Malhadinha rosé appears with a very pale rose colour, with a decidedly fresh nose with red and violet fruit notes, discreet but perfectly integrated barrel. On the mouth it has good structure, vibrant acidity and a long finish. A rosé for the table.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested manually in the early hours of the day, to 12kg boxes. After selection and sorting of the perfect grapes, they were destemmed and gently crushed. The fermentation and later stage of 9 months were in new French oak barrels, with the presence of fine lees.
