Terms and Conditions for Purchase, Delivery and Return

The purchase of E-Commerce products from Herdade da Malhadinha Nova, S.A. are subject to the following terms and conditions:

A) All alcoholic products available for sale on the online store may only be purchased by people who are of legal age to do so in their country of residence. (if in doubt, please contact us)

B) All prices and other information presented on the online store may be changed without notice and are always subject to availability.

C) Under Portuguese law, Herdade da Malhadinha Nova, S.A. is obliged to add VAT at the legal fees of 6%, 13% and 23% for all products. All prices include VAT.

D) All promotions launched on the online store may not apply to the physical store.

E) The orders for mainland Portugal and the Islands of Azores and Madeira are delivered by CTT. Orders to Europe are delivered by a contracted transport company. For other destinations please contact us.

We do not make deliveries to Mellila, Ceuta, Andorra, Canary Islands, Iceland, Switzerland, Balearic Islands, Norway, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia.

In general, an order will take 48 to 72 hours to be delivered in mainland Portugal, 2-14 business days to the Islands of Azores and Madeira, and between 2-7 days to Europe(with the exceptions that are beyond our control, such as natural disasters).

F) All orders made through the online store, will be processed only after payment.

G) All products must be checked and analyzed by the customer immediately upon delivery. If any damage is detected to the product, the customer must return it to the transport company and duly justify the reason for the return on the packing slip and immediately notify Herdade da Malhadinha Nova, who will resolve the situation as soon as possible.

H) Herdade da Malhadinha Nova, S.A. recognizes it’s customers right to resolve issues with contracts signed with them, allowing them to return products within 14 days of purchase under Decreto-Lei n.º 143/2001 e Decreto-Lei 82/2008 de 20/05.

I) Herdade da Malhadinha Nova, S.A. reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect values originated by computer errors, returning the paid value to the buyer immediately.

J) Transportation Cost
The amount charged is dependent on the location of delivery, in Portugal, Islands of Azores and Madeira or other international destination, and the weight of the goods in question.
