Program
11h00 - Arrival of the group to Herdade da Malhadinna Nova – Traditional welcome drink at the winery – the first treats from our Chef paried with Antão Vaz da Peceguina, the autochthonous variety from Low Alentejo.
11h30 - With the kitchen team, visit our Biologic greenhouse and harvest the vegetables for the lunch.
12h00 - Off-road tour of the property followed by techinical visit to the winery with our Wine Tourism Team and a special tasting of Malhadinha’s Single Variety wines.
13h30 - Lunch with traditional Alentejo recipes served at the Restaurante – “Organic & Inspired Cuisine”, paired with a selection of Monte da Peceguina wines.
15h30 - Buinho Atelier – Learn from the Master every detail in the development of handmade pieces of buinha, the natural growing straw from the shores of the Terges river.
17h00 - Alentejo bread Workshop by our kitchen team. Learn every ancient technique of this process and gather the whole team for a traditional snack, where traditional products have a special focus.
18h00 - End of the experience.
We have a air conditioned Conference Room | 30 people capacity | Audio-visual tools included | 50€/hour [4 hour minimum] – 350€ per day [coffee break included].
Option for groups over 30 people - Subjected to request.
If cancelled between 7 to 14 days before, 25% of the total booking will be charged [value awarded in the booking confirmation].
If cancelled less than 7 days before the programme or in case of no show, the total amount of the Programme will be charged.
