Program

10h00 - Arrival of the group to Herdade da Malhadinna Nova – Traditional welcome drink at the winery – the first treats from our Chef paried with Antão Vaz da Peceguina, the autochthonous variety from Low Alentejo;

10h30 - Visit the gardens and learn more about vegetation and agriculture, followed by an Alentejo Bread Workshop run by our kitchen team. Discover all the ancestral techniques of this process and join the whole team for a traditional snack, where traditional products will be particularly emphasised;

13h30 - Lunch with traditional Alentejo recipes served at the Restaurante – “Organic & Inspired Cuisine”, paired with a selection of Monte da Peceguina wines;

15h00 - Off-road tour of the property followed by a techinical visit to the winery with our Wine Tourism Team and a special tasting of Malhadinha’s Single Variety wines;

16h00 - Pottery workshop - embark on this creative experience and learn traditional clay modelling techniques while creating your own works of art that you can take home;

18h00 - End of the experience.

Conditions for using the Conference Room

We have a air conditioned Conference Room | 30 people capacity | Audio-visual tools included | 50€/hour [4 hour minimum] – 350€ per day [coffee break included].
Option for groups over 30 people - Subjected to request.

Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

A payment of 25% must be made when the programme is awarded.

If cancelled between 7 and 14 days in advance, 25% of the total booking will be charged [amount awarded on confirmation of booking].

If cancelled less than 7 days before the programme or in the event of a no show, the full amount of the programme will be charged.
