12h00 Arrival of the group at Herdade da Malhadinha Nova – Welcome drink at the winery – the first treats from our Chef paired with Antão Vaz da Peceguina, the autochthonous variety from Low Alentejo.

13h00 Traditional lunch – Let yourself be surrounded by flavours and tastes from Traditional Alentejo cuisine, accompanied by a selection of wines from Monte da Peceguina.

15h00 Off-road tour of the property – Get to the know the vineyard, the olive grove, the cows and black pig DOP raised in extensive.

16h00 Technical tour to the Winery followed by a special tasting of Single Variety Peceguina wines in the barrel room with our Wine Tourism Team.

17h00 Traditional Luncheon – The aroma of traditional cake and homemade bread freshly made by our Kitchen Team.

20h00 Dinner at the Restaurant – “Organic & Inspired Cuisine” – Joaquim Koerper and his team present a special menu, based on the organic and certified products grown on the Estate.

22h00 Wrap up your day with eyes on the sky. Accept the invitation of the astronomy team for a exclusive session of star observation, in what is considered on the best Dark Sky reserves in Europe.
