Program

+Day 1 DAY 1

12h00 - Arrival of the group at Herdade da Malhadinha Nova – Welcome drink at the winery – the first treats from our Chef paired with Antão Vaz da Peceguina, the autochthonous variety from Low Alentejo;

13h00 - Traditional lunch – Let yourself be surrounded by flavours and tastes from Traditional Alentejo cuisine, accompanied by a selection of wines from Monte da Peceguina;

15h00 - Off-road tour of the property – Get to know the vineyard, the olive grove, the DOP Cows and Black Pig raised in extensive systems.

16h00 - Technical tour to the Winery followed by a special tasting of Single Variety Peceguina wines in the barrel room with our Wine Tourism Team;

17h00 - Coffee Break – The aroma of freshly baked cake and homemade bread, prepared by our kitchen team. Ideal for meeting moments, providing a delicious and relaxing break in a peaceful environment;

20h00 - Dinner at the Restaurant – “Organic & Inspired Cuisine” – Joaquim Koerper and his team present a special menu, based on the organic and certified products grown on the Estate;

22h00 - Wrap up your day with eyes on the sky. Accept the invitation of the astronomy team for a exclusive session of star gazing, in what is considered one of the best Dark Sky reserves in Europe. (*1)

+Day 2 DAY 2

Contemplate the dawn on the Alentejo plain on a morning hot air balloon ride. Observe from the sky the perfection of nature in one of the least populated regions of Europe, the Alentejo. (*2)

The day cannot carry on without the aromas of coffee, the fresh fruits, the cheese and the sausages which make your breakfast invigorating.

9h00 - Enjoy our breakfast with organic and biological products from the estate while admiring the view of the infinity pools and the vast Alentejo plains. An ideal setting to start the day with energy, where you can savor a healthy and organic breakfast while taking the opportunity to gather with your team in a serene and inspiring environment.

11h00 - Extreme Experience – Guided quadbike OR Jeep tour through Malhadinha’s tracks;

13h00 - Rural lunch by the vineyard – The natural juice, the selected fruits and the healthy delicacies from our Chef to fully enjoy in Nature;

15h00 - End of the Experience.

(*1) The Astronomical Observation activity requires a minimum of 10 people or the possibility of paying the total amount for 10 participants.

[Excludes] All drinks at meals and outside meals, except those mentioned in the programme.

[Cancellation Policy] A payment of 25% must be made when the programme is awarded. If cancelled between 7 and 14 days in advance, 25% of the total amount of the booking will be charged [amount awarded on confirmation of booking]. If cancelled less than 7 days before the programme or in the event of a no show, the total amount of the programme will be charged.

[Note] The rooms must be checked out by 12 noon, before the picnic activity.
