Herdade da Malhadinha Nova joins the initiative promoted by Turismo do Alentejo, the Food Love Fest, for an a gastronomic experience with 8 hands and 4 Michelin Stars on March 22nd. We invite Chef Dieter Koschina (2 Michelin stars) and Chef Rodrigo Madeira to bring their talent to the kitchen alongside the creativity of Chef Joaquim Koerper (1 Michelin star) & Cintia Koerper, who have been leading our gastronomic project since 2010.
